Refund & Return Policy for TinyBigBox

At TinyBigBox, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we have a straightforward return and refund policy to assist you.

1. Returns

We accept returns on most products within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • With all original tags, packaging, and accessories
  • Not marked as a non-returnable or final sale item

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom products (personalized or special orders)
  • Personal care items (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order for the desired item. Once the return is processed, you can proceed with your new purchase.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

6. Gift Returns & Exchanges

If you received an item as a gift and would like to exchange it, please contact us with the gift details. We can provide store credit or assist in exchanging it for another product.
